“Location is a definite high point, placing you within walking distance of many London attractions. While some find the accommodations basic, they can be perfectly adequate for budget-conscious travelers or those prioritizing location over luxury. The staff seems to be a mixed bag; some found them helpful and friendly, while others experienced less attentive service.”
